Re-booking & New Reservations
We do not take bookings via the driver or over the phone. If you have not already made your return trip booking, you may do so by replying to the email we sent you or via any of the channels below.

Delays or Damages
By making a booking or payment with us, you agree to not hold us liable for any losses or damages suffered from any delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, weather conditions and unforeseable circumstances; or any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Cancellation Policy & No-show
Free cancellation and refunds for cancellations made 24 hours prior to your pickup time. If you do not cancel your booking or not show up for your pickup, you will still be liable for the full payment of your booking or risk forfeiture of the security deposit . To cancel, contact us by replying to this email or via one of our support channels.

Waiting Time
At airport – 1st hour free, PHP 100/hour
In Manila excluding the airport – 15 mins free, PHP 300/hour
In other locations excl. Manila & airports – 15 mins free, PHP 300/hour

If your flight is delayed, we will track your arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. If there is a very long delay and the driver is not able to wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution. If we are unable to contact you within 2 hours of your confirmed pickup time or if you do not contact us, it will be considered a no-show and our driver will leave.
